    Spec - I was referring to net debt. Lets day DLS have about 10- 15 m net debt as of today , I would be happy for them to borrow another 150-200m if they are buying revenue generating assets.
    Antman makes a very good point about cash requirements of some of these assets. I trust DLS are clever and if they do acquire something, they factor in all the variables.
