The SEAS Gas project (50/50 ORG and International Power) has finalised its $338M financing,comprising $214M in debt, and $124M equity bridging loan. The debt will convert to a 3 year bullet facility, once construction is completed in early 2004. The project is likely to accelerate development of other Otway Basin gas discoveries.
