The ripoff back to 8c when property is sold is nothing but a low life ripoff no matter how you look at it.
As one of the taxpayers who subsidise your PV cells, I think it is GREAT. The contract is with you, not the house. But I bet this will be a nasty shock for some who didn't read the contract.
