Thanks for the great work guys.

If I can add one small thing to the equation, there is evidence of 'smart money' entering in the second week of this month at a time when the amount of buyers had fallen markedly. That meant that although the amount of buyers had fallen considerably, those who did buy were buying much larger parcels than normal. At times this is a very good signal. This also occurred at the end of January.

'Company maker' does roll off the tongue rather nicely - doesn't it!
