Original "Low Cost" Corneal Identifier Unit

So....would we like to know what the original unit / specs / build and cost was for the first Corneal Identifier Unit (on 10th Dec 2009) that was requested by (Ed) Sarver & Assoc. and build proposal submitted by Southern Illinois University Carbondale (which just happens to be where Ed lives / works by the way

Another early positive endorsement on the possibilities of Corneal Biometrics several years ago and whilst it is a balanced review, we must be mindful that this is early stuff using alternative methods but doesn't cover off on the first Purkinje image system that is the current evolution combined with the Iris capability.
