This is a good start and I like his approach, however we need all the questions answered -not just some of them.

In reality there was no alternative to a SPP open to everybody ...when you want to raise close to 100% of the company value.

I trust Rob Riggir, and I have no reason to suggest that MOK and Byass do not want to grow OGX, but we need all issues addressed.

We are controlled by four board members, two from Empire and two from Cartesian representing a small minority of the company.

This needs to change and all the legacy issues need to be addressed -they are not going to disappear..
