I'm looking at it now. First in best dressed on the ESG shareholder priority offer. Looks good at 20 cents with a free option exerciseable at 30 cents in a couple of years. That's a typical sweetener when there are a number of potentially high reward drills happening in the first year or two .. there are 4 with Orion. It means that if the shares go to > 30 cents and you exercise then your average price is 25.

I like the upside potential .. all 4 high reward wells are schuled for year 1 ... which coincides pretty closely with 2008. And the management team is quite impressive .. particulrlay the ESG guys .. Edgar, Casey/Morton.

I'll be applying for as many as they will give!
