With the company on the cusp of the following key milestones;
- Posco DD concluding and a positive outcome deemed / progressing to a formal investment,
- Formal investment terms agreed by both parties (which would likely be subject to shareholder approval),
- Formal offtakes received + the potential for a capex prepayment,
- Government free carried interest finalised,
- A formal offer from the Tanzania Investment Bank - TIB to play a role with debt funding for the project.
I think it's an opportune time to refresh ourselves with the Orior Capital report that was completed in January 2019 -
