10 to 15% variation to "guidance" needs to be announced - usually detected when they are putting final accounts together. So depending on when they report should expect any notification. Nothing to do with prior results, all to do with what company said.

Al so it's 10 to 15% from lowest end of guidance. Don't think they have to report if your depending on analyst guidance they are not obligated to notify market.
