in the past i mentioned that ORN would be a takeover target and it quite possibly could be playing out as we speak. i am not great on takeovers but for example if Sparta Ag wanted to takeover ORN i am aware to attempt a hostile takeover they would need at least 15% of the stock, or approx 487 million shares. they recently released a new substantial holder form stating they had 363 million shares, or in other words they are well on there way. their stumbling block is of course Tembo Capital. a compulsory takeover would require 75% plus of stock? anyone out there have knowledge on takeovers?? i and other holders would be keen to hear from you.
