It would be nice to acquire a brine project in Chile to reduce the geographical and sovereign risk, but I understand the tax and royalty regime is much higher there.
I don't think a hard rock operation would be very viable unless it's large and therefore probably out of the price range. The offer from Wesfarmers for Kidman is valued at $776 million AUD.
They could buy out the rest of AAL (Advantage) while they're cheap. Their market cap is $61 million CAD (I have no idea what their debt levels are).
Failing that, share buy-backs, while ORE is cheap? That would screw the shorters!
