What we need is another CR.  The SP magically made it to $7.50  from these levels prior to the CR we were never going to have.  We are now back to where we started from LOL.  That was a surprise.  Hmmm!

This SP is not governed by anything other than someones agenda IMO.
The free float here is relatively small so again this is just a UBS toy with retail being fleeced.

As @Sjlasx pointed out and i am sure Niu has pointed out before our assets and cash are probably equal to or more than our MC.
