Agree with Shasta, prob early '09. It looks like OEL's CEO would like to go in sooner but I suspect Oromin/Mendoza(?) State Govt want some more seismic (paid for by OEL) before drilling. Your point about the constant timetable slippage with OEL is valid Salty, although you do seem a bit handy with the hobnails. I guess you would like more oilmen and fewer capitalists on the OEL Board? Most oilers these days have the slippage problem. The beauty of this game up until now has been that delayed projects have become more valuable, not less, as a result. It's good while its lasts (well, sort of) but I think we'd all still prefer to see oil flowing.
