Spawk.... the 3 wells are likely a work program commitment. Oromin will hang on through drilling as they are 'free-carried' (OEL is paying a large promote).
Someone on here (SandyBeach's?) reckoned OEL would be drilling without seismic (surface mapping only) .... seems at odds with what Oromin are saying , but that is usual with OEL ...imo ,,,, always more questions than answers.
Guess we will know December 2009 when drilling commences....imo.
