Once you buy them at market you have two choices, sell them again on market or exercise them prior to their expiry. Exercise to convert to full equities will cost 2 cents per share. This can be done any time (allow them to be registered in CHESS in your name- say 5 days) and your PRROs become PRR shares about a week later.
