    PRR will get orphan designation. Not to much to worry about there I reckon.

    It would be a disaster if they didn't. Patents expire in 2014 don't they? So in the absence of the market exclusivity that orphan drug designation brings they would not have enough time in the market to justify a huge trials spend.
