Orphan drug week - 22nd to 26th April, page-23

If material info was presented in the orphan drug congress they are still in breach of listing rule 3.1 if they are waiting till Monday as (at least) Friday's trading would have been to the advantage of people in the know, simply those who would have attended the presentation and their friends! But the volume on ASX or NASDAQ does not tell there was large sell or buy - So, all in all it is telling me the data was around perhaps generated the same level of excitement as the info presented at AAN.

Speaking of which, it again odd that the company did announce the AAN info the next day but not that for the orphan drug congress!!!

Another consideration is trading hours overlap between ASX and NASDAQ (including pre and post). This makes the window narrower for an announcement. Usually Aussie companies which are also listed on NASDAQ tend to wait till NASDAQ post closes .... but given the info was disseminated publicly in a conference then it should have been announced the morning of and before the presentation (as most companies do).

I think there will be an announcement of some type on Monday - be it directed to shareholders or responding to ASX query!!!!
