I am not remotely saying OCC should be at $4.00 - jeez, the heckle brigade would rip me a new one. I was suggesting that if OCC was cash flow positive and growing revenues at 70-100% rates (which it has recently) and partnered by big Pharma (per your complaints) then you would have to pay more like $4.00 a share than $0.40.
Share trading is still risk vs yield, just like all financial assets. There is a risk that OCC doesn't get there, hence the massive yield potential presented by its present low price, should it get actually be partnered and successfully transition to a cash flow positive company.
Absolutely get your frustrations with management, hence I have myself badgered them over the years, to their annoyance, I am sure.
(good reminder to everyone on the Strait manufacturing facilities btw - people so quickly forget).
