It may seem un-festive, but could not agree more. Dead, expensive, weight that has long enjoyed gleaned slivers of shareholder capital for no apparent real value add. One more crony to go and then a very good range of Board members who might actually add value and earn the shares and remuneration via actually advancing the business and returns to shareholders.
Washer will likely be sipping a far better claret than you and I this Xmas as he consoles himself.
