I had it for my supraspinatus tendon tears. Seems to have worked well. Biopsy done by a specialist surgeon for me but some sports medicine gp and radiologists also do. Just a needle biopsy of the tendon then an injection later into relevant tendon of the tenocytes (which are different from stem cells). Orthocell charged about $4k for lab work growing the tenocytes from the biopsy and delivering to the dr doing the injecting.
