I just found this interesting article online. Written by a partner at a big respected UK law firm.
It looks to me like the reforms COULD come a cropper in parliament. The UK government has a very small
majority, and it only takes a few Conservative rebels to scupper Osborne's reforms.
The reforms would not be the only policy he has had to backtrack on! Cameron and Osborne might
be hanging in on a wing and a prayer. Not that I relish Boris Johnson replacing Cameron.
So by no means a done deal. The consultation will not even begin until after the EU in/out vote!
