bullets went at straight angle - to hit someone on toilet they would have had to be fired at angle from right to left. Body was up against door, not on toilet. If she had gone to toilet with intent to relieve herself, she would have had to have stood up for some reason, but remained entirely silent for Oscar to still think it was a burglar.
