the judge cannot be serious - would only have to ask yourself a few simple questions
when in your own home in the middle of the night while going to the toilet did you even shut the toilet door let alone lock it - she was seriously scared of something (and it wasn't the intruder)
you have heard a noise in the middle of the night and without speaking a single word with or confirming the whereabouts of the only other occupant of the house you casually crank a couple of rounds into the toilet through a closed door
this low life ahole is going to get off a free man - its an absolute travesty - several previous girl friends have given evidence of his violent mind frame and left him because they were scared - hope he gets his just deserts from somewhere
