Great read do you have the other court stuff. If I understand it this merely indicates arbitration as the correct course of action not court room preceedings.
I see Oscar still displays his trading tag on every video. So blacklisting leaves me perplexed.
Any chance of posting some trading situations you encounted to help us all benefit further.
