Hi Kenny Definately food for thought there. The Real Estate thing is new but makes sense he has a world wide audience. Makes sense to unite in intel and use it to all viewers advantage. OZ real estate seems to be in a frightful low atm. This US Real Estate intel bodes well that the light maybe at the end of the corner for our stuff. A mate went looking at real estate here in Brissy. Only thing selling is those willing to meet the market ie $30k below sticker price. Rental market similar. Our RBA certainly seems to be hindering the recovery. Obviously nothing to do with helping the USA hedge fundies cover there shorts on our banks before the CBA shuts them down with more record results come late January near divi time.
