A block of waterfront condos in Miami were auctioned this morning, prices were as low as 150k, they sold 40 then stopped the auction as the prices were too low. One canny buyer bought the first 5, the lowest prices then they rose a little.
Try buying an ocean view apartment here for 150k!
There is no tax in Florida either.
