HI Advent Nice Intel I actually think I read somewhere that some savy Aussie real estate investors were getting into it pretty hard there. From memory I think they have built a zillion apartments in Florida so sounds like that area still has a glut. Yet you could say there is strength of confidence if they stopped the auction instead of just trying to put a reserve in place to attain better prices.
Advent are you the guy that likes to go to Vegas for a punt. One of the regular posters did and i thought it might have been youski. If so next trip might be worth a stop off and looksi. Cheers BDZ
