I think he is good at simple basics of day trading.

I feel he doesn't always see the bigger picture, although as the DUCK suggested, he claims to have made some big calls.

Last week or so he was going on about being in a channel.

Yes we were but after 12 touches, he should have been suggesting not to expect it to continue for ever instead of saying keep playing IMO.

He also made a big deal out of a break up which I felt was not as significant as he suggested.

I did query him about a comment about NASDAQ making new all time highs which is obviously false.

Worth listening to IMO, but not the be all and end all of trading.
