To answer your question, here is the latest updated chart simulated with today's price details so far and assuming price closes at 0.135 . The answer to the first part of your question is an unequivocal YES.



Second part of your question regarding Elliot wave counts. Since we are talking about the LONG TERM picture, here is one representation of the wave counts, where I've put in the 3 possible projections of the long term wave "C" of the zigzag pattern. Price projections can be read from off the chart, but I'll release my time projections in the next issue of the technical fact sheet.
