Announcement from OSH is positive for MOS. OSH were going to build pipeline from PNG to QLD due to the strong demand for East Coast Aust gas. Now that OSH are not likely to go ahead with the pipeline, price of gas will increase.

Also OSH stated that they will use LNG plant in PNG and now expect better returns. MOS holding (28%) in Kimu is right next door to where OSH is now drilling. Watch the results of this drill. Expected to reach depth in 1 week. This will have big effect on MOS.

Three big company making assets for MOS are Kimu in PNG, Hurricane off WA Coast (now expected to be drilled July 07) and Brynog well as part of the farmout to Ausam.

Success in any one of these 3 will mean a price far greater than 16c.

Baron, don't despair by the negative opinions floating around. Hold on. The intrinsic value will be shown eventually. The more negative sentiment the better the price for us and other companies such as COE have, to take bigger stakes in MOS.
