OSH Presentation on Page 24 still has a purple ellipse draw around Pn'yang and HZN's (Stanley, Elevala and Ketu) signifying the North-West Provence Gas Hub.
I believe that PNG has elections in 2017. Politicians would like to see some developments in the North-West Province so that their locals get some of the economic benefits flowing to PNG. As well as being their job, and the right thing to do for residents, it may also help them get elected. Doesn't mean it will happen, but it should help.
