    yeah. The price that WPL will sell out, if bid, assuming they have doubled up at this price. Stock is worth $1.00 right now without the pipeline. I wont be selling my shares to STO at $1.00 though, because I want to be paid a premium for the CHANCE of the pipeline going ahead.
