for example, sex. we should try to understand how sex practised in the wrong way can cause great harm, pain, hurt & suffering to others & ourselves. if we can see clearly like this, we won't have issues with our sexuality
generally, confusion about sex is the mark of a very spiritually immature person
to the contrary, when the single matter of sex is sorted out, life suddenly becomes very easy to understand & live
sex is the basis drive of all living things. sorting it out, with wisdom & understanding, is essential
