Nice fit - limited downside, efficiencies in admin, R and D, and IP management. Why not add 25% to MC, minus the $50m to roughly value MSB at $6.50 per share now minimum? Two new lines at advanced stage of trials are worth a lot.
Also MSB has just been sitting there while the sector has rocketed. Some attention will probably send it well past 650. 5.6% are short this stock - that seems a lot.
We'll see what happens I guess.
