Hi Gek I am not aware if you did or did not attend the AGM but I did . At the AGM they explained to some degree the complexity of the roll out and how the initial roll out will start in England . As you can imagine there are a quite a few complex issues involved with using the devise and there will need to be a extensive training programme for specialists put in place by OSL throughout the EU . I would assume the meeting in November was to nut out what exactly BSI would want to see in any sort of roll out programme so that OSL could get in right first time . Again I am assuming but I think we will see OSL training staff roll from country to country throughout Europe training the specialist required for the procedure .
