from memory insiders own about 30+% of the company so can easily hold price down if needed and my hypothesis is they won’t want it to be high until after they get their options etc at the AGM at end of this month so that monetarily it will look like they are receiving half or less of what they will actually end up with in their pockets within the next month after sales/news etc come...
