I just can’t subscribe to your rather wild theory...assuming by insiders you mean the managers and board? After a rough perusal of their holdings they come to no where near 30%, they would be lucky to reach 10% and besides what you’re suggesting being illegal if you look at the latest top twenty shareholders from the latest annual report they have all mostly increased holdings from last years list apart from Kenny who had 3m shares cancelled. Sure they could have sold and re-bought but it’s a rather long bow to draw imo.
