I believe you make a good point about transatlantic sales. If Oncosil can sell its device in the UK and in the EU and successful treat patients with the device as adjunct therapy then it may well speed up the FDA
process in the US.
The same applies in Asia I guess. If Oncosil can demonstrate success in Malaysia, Singapore, NZ and eventually in Australia and Hong Kong then it will place pressure on regulatory authorities in China and Japan. Put it another way, Chinese and Japanese citizens who have been diagnosed with unresectable pancreatic cancer will demand their respective governments to fast track the Oncosil device if it is shown to help prolong life in neighbouring jurisdictions.
