Management are not responsible for the share price but the fact is sales were never going to take off on the basis of CE mark approval, which was after all a difficult and prolonged process.
Without good trial data to convince surgeons that it out performs the most up to date alternatives, its still going to be a slog to break in to the market.
Perhaps shareholders had over optimistic expectations, but the fact is management have managed to progress the product. But building the business is likely going to be a very slow process, but its not impossible.
