What I mean is that Pancreatic cancer is pretty much a death sentence when picked-up late. If Oncosil is an effective treatment, a market will exist with out-of-pocket payment regardless of reimbursement. This currently happens with private radiotherapy- patients do pay. If I was given 5 months to live, I'd pay for more time/better quality of time or a chance of surgery.
