The pull could be a number of things... Considering this basically jumped 100% in a few weeks people will always take profit.
The CE mark is a binary outcome... It's either heading to 30c+ of back down to single digits. Some people don't like that risk, especially if you have some serious coin involved.
I would have thought this would go into a TH before the decision is made as per the review. No leaks probably indicates that the outcome is still up in the air.
There has been a bit of buying and selling today. 15.5 is gone for now. So who knows. It's a patience game for now.
