Placing this on a new thread

Here is the patent that I looked at back in Jan 2014.  I havent checked for any updates

The patent says:

The anti-cancer component may comprise a radionucleotide, and the radionucleotide may be selected from one or more of:90Y, 32P, 124Sb, 114In, 59Fe, 76As, 140La, 47Ca, 103Pd, 89Sr, 131I, 125I, 60Co, 192Ir, 12B, 71Ge, 64Cu, 203Pb and 198Au.

Here are some answers to some questions I put to the company in Jan 2014 (It was answered by their ? Corporate media person).  

1) Is the Oncosil licence for pancreatic cancer only - or any cancer (e.g hepatic secondaries)
2) is there any restriction on Oncosil exploring other tumours (primary or secondary) and a per cutaneous method of administration.
3) is the licence and or patient restricted to radioactive P or can other isotopes be used

Thank you for your interest in the Company and its activities.

In response to your questions, the Company provides the following by way of response.

The Oncosil licence is for any cancer type, but pancreatic is its first choice and current main focus, in part, due to the fact that there are no real competing treatment options in the pipeline for pancreatic cancer.

There are no restrictions on Oncosil exploring other tumour types, and primary or secondary would be acceptable. However, the Company’s focus is on a registrable endpoint in what is a major unmet medical need, and as such pancreatic cancer fits its current requirements.

Patent coverage is restricted to having a percentage of phosphorus in the product, but it could be as little as one molecule. There are other restrictions on other isotopes that can be used, and the Company is confident that P32 is an excellent isotope for treatment of solid tumours.
