BR includes a wide subset of patients, some of which it's reasonable to attempt resection, and others you really shouldn't (determined predominantly by the extent of PV/SMV involvement). The main colleague involved (a therapeutic endoscopist) was heavily involved in SBRT (radiation targeted at metal markers placed in the tumour by EUS) for pancreatic cancer, but had largely switched his clinical allegiance to the Oncosil product as a result of the experience in his centre.
