Yes, SBRT uses fiducial markers inserted by the therapeutic endoscopist, followed by radiation administered by a specially configured accelerator. The Oncosil product does it all in one, and the same endoscopist who can insert fiducial markers can also inject it. It's a straightforward process, with a low bar to uptake as most EUS endoscopists have the required skills.
