Yes, agree with that. All you'd need to demonstrate would be that GNP + Oncosil was superior to GNP and you've got your market. SBRT requires specially-configured accelerators which are not present in all cancer centres. SBRT will also likely be more expensive given both the radiotherapy and the EUS fiducial placement costs.
