To be fair, the product does sit in a slight grey zone, where it is competing against drugs and isn't an inert medical device such as a stent, for instance. That said, Bell Potter have a long history of being wrong.
However, colleagues who have been involved in the trial of this product have been genuinely impressed by its effect in down staging borderline resectable pancreatic cancer in some patients. Given the lack of effective chemotherapy options, this probably does have a place in pancreatic cancer treatment, and given that this is a rapidly increasing tumour it would appear that this product is going to get used.
