Well, it really should be a concern for all SH that A) the company is so concerned about a pretty unknown blogger (* see below),
and B) mentions of his web site on HC are auto deleted.
We have legal treats to the blogger, and I'm sure the threat of legal action against HC - why else would then auto delete any mention of his site? And then one of the top dudes from Forrest Capital send pretty unfriendly texts, which in the circumstances would be viewed as menacing should it ever come to a court action.
Are OSL and Forrest so concerned about, apparently, something that is nowhere near the truth. Or is that the issue, maybe he is pretty much spot on, and they are feeling a little cornered.
It would be so easy to issue an ANN to repudiate the issues, if they felt so inclined.
* - pretty unknown blogger . The one this, above all else, that the above action has promoted is probably a reasonable increase in readership from said blogger. As someone else pointed out, the Streisand effect.
