Welcome. This has been the norm for a couple months now.

If you have the patience you can play the fluctuation, as this will bounce between 0.020 to 0.023(If historical data is an indication, which it has been for awhile)

The recent ann was good news, however there was a slight red flag in costs which is why this has dropped back to previous support.

I believe with one good news this will start its climb properly though. (Bit of an obvious statement)
