I have not been invested in this stock for long term but it seems that management has got a product model but is bleeding cash. It is looking at its own shareholders as cash cows otherwise it does not make sense for increase in price before options. Most likely possibility is that management had options left with it and whatever was outside it bought dirt cheap due to pressure on price. With sudden pump, it has got gullible people to spend more money. Unless management finds some angle investor or controls its costs, it won’t make much difference in short or long term. Remember - equity is the costliest form of funding. If some one has details on shareholding bifurcation please post it. I am interested to know how much is in retail hands.
