    Can you share some reference announcement regarding this date?

    From the announcement on 21st Oct 2020, OSP said it issued today and 76M shares were traded on day with a big dump.

    The announcement yesterday also states that the shares were issued today, so I believe its already issued considering there was a big selloff today morning
